Brush 47


2007 Ford F-450

Brush 47 is a 2008 Ford-F450. It was built mostly by our volunteers to meet a desired budget($60,000.00). It was built to be used as a mini pumper and mini rescue also. It carries 300 gallon of water and 5 gallon of class A foam. There are (2) 100' hose reels and (1) 300' reel with 1" forestry hose. There is also 150' of preconnected 1.5". Equipment on board includes a chain saw, brooms, shovels, flares, spare foam, traffic cones, spare 1"(300'), indian tanks, Drager SCBA, oil dry, forcible entry tools, full set of adapters, (2) 6' hard tubes, Genesis combi tool w/ pump, AED, medical equipment, high & low band communications. In the near future we hope to add a brush guard and winch. The cab and chassis was purchased at Woltz & Wind Ford (salesman Bill Bauer), the bed was built at Imperial Body, and the skid unit came form Crow Construction in Cashion Oklahoma (405-823-6432).

 
 
Engine 47


2006 Pierce Dash

The Engine is a 2006 Pierce Dash purchased from Glick Fire Equipment (salesman, Keith Flood). It carries 1000 gallon of water, a 2000gpm pump, and 40 gallon of class B foam and 5 gallon of class a foam and is powered by a detroit series 60
515hp engine.
Hose on board includes 1000' of 4", 200' of 1-3/4",
650' of 2",200' of 2.5".
Equipment on board includes various hand tools, PPV fan, portable generators w/lights, K12 saw, univent pro-saw, Genesis "Hand Vario" for RIT/Extrication,
LZ Kit, Genesis "Freedom Vario" battery over hydraulic combi tool w/ram,
water cans, foam pro, oil dry, RIT pack, traffic controll equip., salvage tarps,
full set of adapters, ground ladders, elkhart "stinger" deck gun, 6500 watts of scene lighting, 10,000 watt generator, (5) Drager SCBA, Bullard TIC w/remote TV,
Garmin GPS, medical equip., back up camara, high & low band communications.

 
 
Squad 47


2003 Ford F-350

Squad 47 is a 2003 Fod F-350 purchased from Woltz & Wind Ford (salesman Bill Bauer) and built by Glick Fire Equipment Co. The truck is used for Carbon Manoxide calls, traffic control, personel transportation, salvage & overhaul, etc.
It is equiped with the following items: CO Detector, PPV fan, traffic controll equipment, water cans, extinguishers, oil dry, tarps, (2) Drager SCBA units, sump pumps, forceable entry tools, lock out kit, chain saw, medical equipment(bls), LZ kit, rope, various hand tools, high and low band communications.

 
 
Rescue/Engine 47


2001 Pierce Dash

The Rescue/Engine is a 2001 Pierce Dash. It was purchased through Glick Fire Equipment (salesman Keith Flood). It is powered by a series 60 500hp detroit deisel. It carries 1000 gallons of water and 80 gallon of class B foam, and 5 gallon of class A foam.
The hose on board includes 1000' of 4", 100' 0f 1.5"(front discharge), 650' of 2", 200' of 2.5".
The equipment on board includes a full compliment of Genesis Rescue Tools, Kodiak Stabalization Struts, Motor Vehicle Crash Kit, various cribbing, various hand tools and forcible entry tools, oil dry, salvage tarps, haz mat equipment, medical equipment(BLS), water cans, chain saw, leaf blower, traffic controll equipment, LZ Kit, tool box, 300psi air chissle, "Mat Jack" HP air bags, saw zall, full set of adapters, elkhart "stinger" deck gun, 15000lb winch, (5) Drager SCBA, copy machine, high & low band communications, 7500watts of scene lighting, 10,000 watt generator, portable generator w/light.

 
 
Medic 47


1999 Ford Expedition

Medic 47 is a 1999 Ford Expedition that was purchased used from Baldwin EMS in Allegheny County PA (www.baldwinems.com). It was used as their chiefs vehicle for five years.
The unit is primarly used for any type of QRS/EMS emergencies (BLS)
The Expedition carries a verirty of medical equipment including an AED(adult & infant), suction unit, long boards, stokes basket, OB kit, etc. Also on board is a "Power Wedge" used for forceable entry and high and low band communications.
